Hi, I’m Ylenia Monno, a contemporary circus artist specializing in Chinese pole, hair suspension, pole dance, lollipop, vertical dance, and stilt walking. My work blends strength, theatricality, and emotion, turning the body into a storytelling instrument. I hold a degree in DAMS (Discipline of Arts, Music and Performing Arts) and I am a graduate of the International Academy Cirko Vertigo (Italy), where I developed my personal style that combines technical precision with poetic movement. Hair suspension and aerial arts are for me acts of freedom and meditation — spaces where resilience, identity, and transformation come alive. I was a finalist on the Italian television show Dalla strada al palco, and I perform internationally at festivals,circus, theatre and events.
